Job Description

We are looking for a full time Clinic Manager in charge across both our clinics (Jurong East and East Coast): 

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic 

  • Coordinate and communicate between patients, employees and management team

  • Manage and approve company budgets and payroll, assigning tasks and scheduling of weekly work shifts

  • Implement policy changes, planning of employees’ development and training programmes, as well as involving in the recruitment process

  • Develop new protocols to improve clinic’s operations to improve performance productivity

  • Performing quarterly employee reviews and gathering feedbacks to help employees achieve both the organisation’s and their individual professional goals

  • Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws

 

Skills/Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in healthcare administration or any similar field

  • Great analytical and decision making ability to exercise decision making processes

  • Possess strong organisational and leadership skills, able to effectively communicate across various groups

  • Ability to effectively manage time and multitask, comfortable with working in a high pressure and fast paced environment

  • Know how to prioritise tasks and work independently, good problem solving abilities

  • Good verbal, written and communication skills

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
