Job Description

Responsibilities:

 To provide administrative support to both the Compliance and Legal team. Your responsibilities are as below:

1. Handle and filter incoming calls, perform administrative duties, enter data and conflict searches for new matters.

2. Analyse search reports, and processing and maintaining compliance documentation, and updating of information.

3. Disseminate the latest Practice Guidelines/Circular/Notice issued by CEA or other relevant authorities to all salespersons and staff.

4. Prepare and track bills, sending Google calendar invites, schedule appointments which include booking of a meeting room. Opening and closing of matters and files.

5. Assist in preparation and compilation of documents that includes printing and scanning of the document. Maintain file keeping on daily basis, follow up on outstanding reports for the Senior Manager (SM), opening and closing of matters and files for SM. Preparation of claims reimbursement forms for both legal and compliance team.

6. Assist in Agent Resignation Clearance and in updating the Agency document checklist and ensure all documents are up to date on Work@Home.

7. Coordinate and collate materials for monthly department meetings and keep good records of the minutes and all regulatory filing items, and draft or assist in revising the compliance policies and monitor the implementation of the policies. Assist in preparation and collation of information/records for all compliance and regulatory matters.
