Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting in digital marketing campaigns and social media marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn & etc).
• Assist in day-to-day maintenance of company websites and blog.
• Assist in researching latest industry trends and resources.
• Create and design online content to draw visitors and engagement
  - Able to complete task within stipulated time
  - Able to multi-task
  - Other adhoc and admin duties
• Assist in online campaigns and social media marketing.
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.

Job requirement:

• Strong command of written and spoken English with good interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrate interest and a good knowledge of the digital media and social media.
• Responsible, resourceful with a positive attitude to learn and face new challenges.
• Possess strong project/time management skills.
• Possess strong research skills.
• Meticulous with strong attention to details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, sound knowledge in Adobe Illustrator would be an advantage. 
• Able to work both independently and as a team player.

JD for Intern – Design / Digital Design JD 2019 / 2020

Diploma in Communications & Media Management - Intern position. 

• The intern will be working on mixture of marketing, research and admin tasks, including:
• Support in conducting APAC customer, competitor and market research.
• Maintaining documentation/ findings in shared repository.
• Ideating content marketing ideas, researching materials and contribute to production of various marketing assets. (e.g. white papers, infographics, webinars, surveys, reports).
• Coordinate and provide necessary operations, logistics, and marketing support for events and day to day activities as required Skills & Requirements.
• Willingness to learn and flexible to try new approaches.
• Robust Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous work attitude.
• Independent worker and ability to deliver within tight timelines.
• Good command of English. 
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
