Job Description

As an Education Solutions Manager, you will form part of OneSanta's Sales Team to provide online education solutions to the Singapore market. You will be responsible in managing and growing customer accounts by providing excellent solutions, formulating and executing strategies and promotions to achieve target.
You need to be a dynamic and results-driven individual in the sales arena, who thrives in a competitive environment. Your role is to utilise your professional consultative selling skills to generate leads, cultivate client relationships and to offer innovative solutions to maximise revenue potential.

Responsibility:

  • Market and sell OneSanta's educational solution to students in Singapore
  • Achieve sales targets for OneSanta's educational products
  • Responsible for the annual sales target achievements
  • Proactive in presenting or pitching ideas to organisations, schools and individuals
  • Maintain and develop relationships with various stakeholders for maximum sales adoption and sell through.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
  • Good presentation skills, has keen business sense and is results driven.
  • Experience in building rapport with organisations and key sales skillset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
