Job Description

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing young team! If you have a passion to succeed and achieve your financial goals at a young age, we invite you to join us.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to new customers and generate leads
  • Promote, educate and sell to customers our range of online learning products and programme. It involves understanding the educational needs of students and discussing with parents on meeting those needs
  • Pursue the sales opportunities and close the deals effectively
  • Build rapport and establish strong bonds with customers for recurring sales
  • Provide after-sales support to customers
  • Handle enquiries on sales, quotation, and service enquiries promptly
  • Assist in handling clients or customers queries
  • Proactively obtain feedback/issues/suggestions from customers and supply to management for product improvement

Requirements:

  • Focused and willing to work towards personal and company sales objectives
  • Disciplined and independent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales-oriented with self-driven character, highly motivated, pro-active and possess a positive work attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, handle tight deadlines
  • Fluent and able to communicate well in English and mother tongue
  • Pleasant and approachable personality
  • Strong work ethics and ability to function with minimal supervision
  • Retail sales experience and proven track record of sales achievement are advantageous, but not compulsory
  • Able to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge of education industry will be an added advantage
  • Attend home/online appointments
