Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Membership department.
  • Duties include but are not limited to: attending to email communication, handling telephone inquiries, processing membership applications, generating reports, database maintenance, documentation filing & distribution, and answering routine correspondences.
  • Responsible for effective communication between the Club and members.
  • Maintain database associated with membership with accurate and current information.
  • Updating the Club’s list of sellers and communicating with members on the progress of their sales.
  • Ensuring strict compliance to standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with membership events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Students on holiday or waiting for school term to start are welcome
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level and above
  • Experience in administrative and customer service will be an added advantage.
  • Pleasant composure, cheerful disposition, and good phone and e-mail etiquettes.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
