Our office is located at kallang (nearest MRT - Bendemeer) and we have a vibrant working environment. All interns will be assigned a personal mentor who will guide them on their day to day work and also impart valuable accounting knowledge to them.
Job Description
Intern's Job Scope
- Attending to visitors in office, answering phone calls, photocopying and handling of incoming and outgoing posts.
- Assist in admin related duties such as drafting documents, chase clients for documents, track and send reminders to client to meet deadline.
Requirements
- The person must be a team player and self-motivated.
- Flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient with a sense of ownership.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, systematic approach and attention to detail are important.
- Proficient in MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- No working experience required
- Training will be provided to intern
- Able to commence work immediately
Work Details
- Working Hours: 5 Days (9.00am to 6.00pm/9.30am to 6.30pm/10.00am to 7.00pm)
- Office Location: Kallang (Nearest MRT - Bendemeer)
- Attire: Casual with Collared Shirt
Remuneration
- Internship : $600.00
- Potential to convert into a full-time staff upon completion of internship (Depending on work performance)
