- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate and set up interviews with candidates and clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding recruitment needs and updates.
Marketing Assistance
- Contribute to marketing projects, including creating content and conducting market research.
- Support online and offline marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Administrative Support
- Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Degree holder/ Diploma/ Undergraduate (any field).
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented, independent, and able to “connect the dots.”
- Able to work in-office
