Job Description

Junior Customer Success Executive (Fresh Grads Welcome!)

What You’ll Do

Customer Success

  • Actively engage and interact with our customers online (Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp) and offline during appointments
  • Manage all customers’ queries on all platforms promptly (Instagram DMs and comments, Facebook Messenger, emails, Whatsapp)
  • Assist customers in selecting the best product based on their body type and lifestyle needs
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers post-purchase and maintain strong relationships with them
  • Encourage upsells and cross-sells to drive incremental sales and achieve business goals
  • Be an advocate of our brands! We are an extremely interactive brand with our customers and we always want the last word

Operations

  • Vendor management: Liaise closely with shipping vendor to facilitate local and international shipping
  • Schedule daily orders from our Shopify website for delivery
  • Ensure that all details provided by the customer is complete and accurate and can be booked via our Qxpress and DHL system
  • Conduct daily quality checks on the products
  • Manage any exchanges and refunds, or issues with deliveries (pre- and post-purchase)
  • Inventory management: Regularly conduct stock-checking and stock replenishing

You will also be assigned ad-hoc duties from time to time.

Training Period

  • As this is a junior position, you will undergo a two-month training period. During this period, you will have the opportunity to develop and oversee your own unique project which will be implemented!

Requirements

Education

  • A local polytechnic graduate who graduated within 5 years (2015 - 2020) or has ORD-ed within 5 years (2015 - 2022)

Skills required

  • Exemplary interpersonal skills: Outgoing and approachable personality with effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in responding to customer queries, seeking feedback from customers and conducting follow-ups with them
  • Excellent salesmanship with proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Excel (Good to have)
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (Good to have)

Who We’re Looking For

  • Preferably you have 1-3 years of work experience in a similar field. However, we welcome fresh grads too (provided you have the necessary skill sets and passion for this job)!
  • Excellent time and project management: You will be working on multiple projects with tight deadlines. If you cannot handle a fast-paced environment, then this may not be the place for you
  • Not camera-shy: We love speaking to our customers directly on camera on social media!
  • Active listener: Listening actively to feedback from customers and teammates are of utmost importance
