To continue delivering best in class work, we are looking for an Interface Design talent to join our team of Experience Design specialists as Assistant UI Design.

Who are we?

Ogilvy’s Customer Experience Design Team contains over 30 Experience Design practitioners across whole of Asia and is one of the largest / longest established in a full-service agency network in Asia. We provide end-to-end capabilities in user behavior, service design, content planning, user interface design and prototyping. Working on high profile Customer Experience Design projects and engagements with leading brands to create digital platform solutions including innovation, social CRM, ecommerce, mobile or provide UX strategies and optimization solutions.

 

What will that mean you will be doing?

You will be responsible for supporting the crafting of world class Interfaces and Interactions for all kind of connected digital experiences and products!

UI/UX/Interaction Design Support:

  • Collaborate to design and adapt interfaces for Apps, Digital Services and enterprise-scale Web Platforms.
  • Empathise and anticipate People’s Needs, Thoughts and Feelings during a Digital Experience so you can Design accordingly (e.g. before, during and after a Booking Process on a Website).
  • Finding best-in-class Examples and Benchmarks for digital design and interactions.
  • Collaborate to build out Prototypes (from low-fidelity Pen&Paper to high-fidelity Digital) for Testing or Presentation.
  • Support in Creating and Documenting Design Systems.
  • Create presentations that put your Screen Designs and Prototypes in the right light.
  • Prepare and take part in Ideation and Design Thinking Workshops.

  • Understanding Visual Design Theories, Contrast, Hierarchy, Typography, Grids, …
  • Understanding common Interaction Patterns and Human Interface Design Principles.
  • Understanding Customer Journeys and Personas.
  • Understanding underlying Technology of your Designs (HTML, CSS, JS, …).
  • Experience in one or more Screen Design Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
  • Experience in one or more Prototyping Tools: e.g. Principle, Framer, InVision, …
  • Experience in doing Pen&Paper Prototyping.
  • Experience in Responsive/Adaptive Design.
  • Experience in Design Systems, Style Guide Documentation.
  • Professional, clean and structured way of working - where necessary
    (File Structure, Naming Conventions, Pixel Perfect Design).
  • First experience in Motion Design or 3D is beneficial (After Effects, Cinema4D, WebGL, …).
