The right person for the job is one capable of wearing many hats to provide support to colleagues and principals on both personal and professional levels, who has a "can-do" attitude and is a competent multi-tasker.

A proactive, organised and adaptable individual who has good communication and time management skills will excel in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct root cause analysis when operational performance fluctuates and give feedback to local operations teams about their operational performance, analysis of the most common issues and development of next steps to solve the issue
  • Understand the current systems' capabilities and limitations, and develop continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • Provide feedback to and work with other departments to improve overall operations efficiency
  • Streamline, standardise, create and implement organization's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Actively track the results of each effort and project, as well as apply past learning to future planning
  • Monitor trends, best practices and tools, experimenting with new trends and applications
  • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing as well as supporting Director's general office work including, but not limited to research and general coordination
  • Lead hiring including drafting job description, posting hiring, manage candidates, arrange interview and filing applications
  • Lead in the management of social media pages such as LinkedIn and Instagram as well as data management
  • Organise a filing system for important and confidential company documents as well as updated office policies as needed
  • Additionally, perform all tasks and duties associated with the scope of work set forth above, including, but not limited to, work being performed already or related change orders
