Job Description

Job Descriptions: 

  • Provides General Admin Support for Consumer Sales team
  • Assisting product/course enquiries from customer
  • Confirmation with trainees on class commencement
  • Liaise with Course Consultants and Business Unit to handle customer’s requests and follow ups
  • Generate Sales Reports 
  • To do Market Research on our Major Competitors, analysis and develop growth opportunities 
  • Reminder calls for trainees

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Able to converse in English and one other language.
  • Confident in engaging individual customers over the telephone
