Job Description

The Corporate and Business Development Associate will form part of a team supporting the CEO in development of business strategies, strategic planning, management reporting, special projects management and partnerships.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the responsibilities of the role include:

  • Collate, monitor and analyse measures of key performance indicators across divisions for management reporting and for submission to relevant stakeholders such as Board of Directors, MOH and AIC
  • Conduct research on NTUC Health’s services’ market sectors, business disruptors and eldercare landscape to identify gaps and new business opportunities
  • Prepare proposals, reports and presentations on NTUC Health’s strategies, plans, collaborations and performance updates
  • Work closely with other divisions to execute special projects, including tracking of timeline and milestones, coordinating discussions and monitoring progress during implementation
  • Support NTUC Health’s strategic and business planning process and activities
  • Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Degree in business, advertising, marketing or communications
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • Experience in secretarial duties such as minutes taking, preparing presentation slides and creating data dashboards from spreadsheets
  • Proficient in Google Slides, Sheets and Docs
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
