Job Description
- Team Lead in Halal application and renewal for HQ
- Liaising with Halal Authority on inspection and renewal of Halal Certification
- Plan and execute audit schedules
- Prepare audit and investigation reports of findings and observations that identify, in detail, areas of non-compliance and risk areas for non-compliance
- Review and investigate raised issues related to Halal Compliance received through regulatory agencies, internal departments and HQ business unit
- Updating and maintenance of Halal certification documentations and liaising with Business Unit Halal officer on documentations
- Assist in tenders & contracts management support
- Be first line in auditing food suppliers contracts and all halal certifications submissions
- Provide support in tenders and data maintenance for contracts
Qualifications
- Min Diploma with 2 years working experience in the related field
- Preferably with knowledge in Singapore Muis Halal Quality Management System (HalMQ)
- Good interpersonal & communication skill, positive attitude & outgoing character
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dynamic, self-motivated and results driven
