The Software Tester is a member of the Delivery & Support Group – Quality Assurance team in NTT Data Singapore and will report to the Test Manager or Test Team Lead in charge of the testing within the project. He/ She will be working with the business and technical units to devise the test objectives, test strategies and test cases as well as perform quality testing of project delivery and enhancements prior to implementation or release to production system.
Job Descriptions:
- Execute testing for mobile app, from UIUX down to APIs level
- Define test specifications, test suites, draft test cases for all enhancements and new project
- Works together with software developer to enhance the programs and fix all reported incidents
- Assist QA Engineer to execute the test cases and raise defects
- Participate in the various stages of testing such as system integration testing, user acceptance testing and industry testing.
- Analyze reported incidents and provide appropriate response or follow-up actions with the technical teams/ users.
- Provide support to internal and external parties during the testing stages
- Provide support to customers during acceptance testing and post-cutover implementation.
Requirements:
- Students who are currently studying in Universities/A level
- Able to commit at least 4 months: 5th December 2022 – 31st March 2023
- Excellent debugging, analytical, problem solving, and social skills
- Proficient understanding of code version control tools, such as Git
- Knowledge of website optimization techniques, fast page and SEO friendly
