Job Description
  • Support in reshaping and transforming HR according to business needs.
  • Support recruitment and selection activities including internship programs, job posting and interview scheduling etc
  • Support day-to-day HR operations such as new hire onboarding, HRIS administration, employee personnel files maintenance and offboarding
  • Assist in work pass administration such as work pass application, issuance, renewal and cancellation
  • Support HR special projects and events
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements: 

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • Internship period: Jun– Dec 2022
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
