Job Description
- Administer purchasing & receiving procedures
- Analyse service quality & customer satisfaction
- Conduct staff performance assessment process
- Contribute to innovation process within own scope of work in the business unit
- Facilitate compliance with legislative & regulatory requirements
- Foster service innovation
- Identify & establish internal & external stakeholder relationships
- Implement loss/risk prevention
- Lead team to implement change
- Administer & implement business continuity plans
- Supervise compliance with food & beverage hygiene policies & procedures
- Oversee cost & quality controls
- Control crisis situations & guest service
- Manage food & beverage operations
- Handle outlet & equipment maintenance
- Be in charge of the customer experience & training
- Monitor income & expenses
- Optimise workforce for service excellence
Requirements
- Good interpersonal & communication skills at both verbal & written level
- Minimum O levels
- At least 2 years hotpot / Chinese restaurant experience & minimum 3 years relevant experience at managerial position
- Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking guests)
- Pleasant personality & customer centric
- Able to perform rotating shifts including weekends & public holidays
