Job Description
  • Administer purchasing & receiving procedures
  • Analyse service quality & customer satisfaction
  • Conduct staff performance assessment process
  • Contribute to innovation process within own scope of work in the business unit
  • Facilitate compliance with legislative & regulatory requirements
  • Foster service innovation
  • Identify & establish internal & external stakeholder relationships
  • Implement loss/risk prevention
  • Lead team to implement change
  • Administer & implement business continuity plans
  • Supervise compliance with food & beverage hygiene policies & procedures

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal & communication skills at both verbal & written level
  • Minimum O levels
  • At least 2 years hotpot / Chinese restaurant experience & minimum 3 years relevant experience at managerial position
  • Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking guests)
  • Pleasant personality & customer centric
  • Able to perform rotating shifts including weekends & public holidays
