Novelship is seeking a Product Management Intern based in Singapore to join our team. The period for this internship is 3-6 months, with the option of extension and full time conversion depending on performance.
As a Product Management Intern, you will be working closely with Product Managers at Novelship to assist them with product development idealization, conceptualization to implementation. You will gain an understanding of the product management role and get valuable practical experience in an exciting product space.
In this role you will:
● Assisting Product Managers with writing user stories, project management and end to end product development
● Collaborate across functional teams to refine product requirements
● Launch incremental features with product designer to improve the platform.
● Conduct competitive analysis on other sneaker marketplace platforms and ecommerce apps
● Maintain existing app products and providing product support
● Present a feature proposal midway in internship to leadership team with potential to implement features
Who we are looking for:
● A quick learner who is proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced tech start-up environment
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
● Commitment to understanding and researching the customer and user experience
● Genuine interest to pursue a career in product management or product design
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in a reputable education institution, final year students and recent graduates preferred.
● Candidate pursuing major in information systems, computer science, industrial engineering, economics, business or related fields preferred.
● Candidate with product management internship experiences preferred
● Knowledge of sneakers and streetwear is a huge plus
