Job Description
  1. Assist HR Business Partners in maintaining various HR (employee lifecycle) processes (i.e: performance management, recruitment & selection, induction for new hires, talent management, succession planning) in close cooperation with the respective process expert(s).
  2. Handle and coordinate administrative tasks to support the implementation of various HR programs and initiatives. (e.g. maintain and improve HR information systems, follow up employee inquiries and provide reliable information on basic HR processes, participate in HR projects aimed at improving administrative HR processes, etc.)
  3. Perform administrative tasks to facilitate the delivery and presentation of key data to supervisors (such as reporting).
  4. Provide assistance to HR projects or company events at country or BU level. (e.g. co-ordination, administration, reporting, approval, implementation etc)
  5. Handle Internship search and processes
  6. HR system / tools related support duties (e.g. Recognition platform PIC support / LinkedIn related activities)
  7. Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time


Experience

2-3 years of HR related working experience


Education

Ideally Bachelor’s degree in any field


Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

Familiar with Employment Act of Singapore

IT savvy

Experienced in in handling projects / timelines

Multi-tasking ability with strong administrative skills (Operational Excellence)

Change management

Good communication & follow up skills


Attributes
