You will be working on a very elusive and exclusive cross-functional project across our organization that revolves around our upcoming Employer Branding initiatives. To succeed in this role, you will have a knack in storytelling and your innate ability to connect with different audiences. You will help us bring to life our culture, beliefs and our everyday snippets into compelling stories to inspire those around us.
Broad Responsibilities:
- Work with Communications Lead as well as representatives from People & Organization (HR) to develop content for our various digital marketing strategies.
- Develop eye-catching, compelling localized content to represent Novartis as an Employer of Choice.
- Be involved in organizing events for Employee Wellbeing, Engagement as well as Employer branding.

- A Great Storyteller - You are able to piece information you gather from the grounds and turn them into compelling stories to inspire people.

Skillsets:
- Social Media Savvy, candidates who have experience designing social media campaigns would have an added advantage.
- Experience with Photoshop / Video Editing would be an added advantage.
