Title: Legal Intern
Report to: APMA Pharma Legal Head
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with legal research for team projects and understanding the different laws involved and impacting the projects.
- Helping the legal team to review and vet through legal documentation.
- Involve in process improvement projects.
- Support to review legal memorandum and service agreements.
- Provide support to department corporate secretarial work duties when required.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or Graduate with a Bachelor of Law.
- Able to commit the full duration of the internship.
- Able to work as an integral part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
