Job Description

Job Descriptions

  • Hire, train & develop all restaurant personnel
  • Create side work assignments & ensure completion with service staffs
  • Organize & conduct pre-shift & departmental meetings
  • Maintain schedules, payroll & other administrative support to contain food & beverage cost controls & inventory
  • Sets standards for service & food quality & works with employees to see that these are met
  • Handling purchasing, reconciling daily sales & depositing restaurant receipts
  • Willing & able to solve issues that may arise with workers & guests


Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Managerial position specialized in Chinese Western Fusion or equivalent
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary / Pre-U / A level / College in any field. Those without these qualification but possess at least 7 years of hands-on experience may apply
  • Experience in supervising & managing operations within a restaurant setting
  • Able to work on weekends & holidays
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin
