Job Description
Job Descriptions
- Hire, train & develop all restaurant personnel
- Create side work assignments & ensure completion with service staffs
- Organize & conduct pre-shift & departmental meetings
- Maintain schedules, payroll & other administrative support to contain food & beverage cost controls & inventory
- Sets standards for service & food quality & works with employees to see that these are met
- Handling purchasing, reconciling daily sales & depositing restaurant receipts
- Willing & able to solve issues that may arise with workers & guests
Requirements
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Managerial position specialized in Chinese Western Fusion or equivalent
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary / Pre-U / A level / College in any field. Those without these qualification but possess at least 7 years of hands-on experience may apply
- Experience in supervising & managing operations within a restaurant setting
- Able to work on weekends & holidays
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin
