Job Description

The Regional Learning and Development Team provides learning platforms for employees to take charge of their own learning. Through a combination of in-house training, external courses and e-learning modules, employees can choose the best learning platform for their individual learning style. We also identify learning needs and competencies required so that we can recommend suitable learning programs accordingly. 

The Regional Learning and Development Intern will be supporting this team in administering various learning programs, and gain experience in the end-to-end processes in Learning and Development. You will work in a fast-paced environment and work with stakeholders across multiple geographies. If you are a hardworking, highly motivated and creative team player, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the administration of training programs
  • Building competency maps for individual job roles
  • Maintaining and updating online learning resources
  • Assisting in the development of training materials

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a major in HR or degree in Business
  • Able to commit from December 2020 onwards, minimally 1.5 months
  • Possesses an interest to pursue a career in Learning and Development
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Has experience working with stakeholders at various levels
  • An articulate written and verbal communicator
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Analytical and comfortable working with data
