Responsibilities
- Execute cross border payments through various multi-currency wallets and payout channels
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate transaction settlements with counter-parties
- Reconcile fund-ins and payouts in order to maintain a holistic view of cash balances across accounts
- Prepare and validate payment invoices for month-end closing
- Provide daily updates of FX rates on internal systems
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting / Finance related fields
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Account Payable roles within Finance / Treasury functions
- Familiarity with handling a high volume of payment transactions highly advantageous
- Additional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese required to liaise with Chinese counterparts
