Job Description

Working closely with the Regional Insights team on regional projects, you will be supporting and participating in both qualitative and quantitative market insights research studies from project kick-off to reporting. 

Responsibilities

  • Engage and liaise with stakeholders across Southeast Asia throughout the research process
  • Participate in custom survey and questionnaire design and prepare survey forms on an online platform
  • Responsible for execution and monitoring of projects, especially when field research goes live
  • Clean and process data collected into useful data set for analysis
  • Transform data into visually pleasing and easily digestible information for stakeholders
  • Participate in leveraging insights, reports and relevant information to develop recommendations for stakeholders

Requirements

  • University undergraduates in their second year and above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office OR Google Suite, particularly MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • A quick learner with a keen interest in market research
  • Good organisation skills and is able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Must be able to commit from January to June 2020 on either a full-time or part-time basis (3 full days)

Preferred

  • Applicants with a background in Statistics, Economics, Business will be preferred
  • Exposure to using survey platforms (eg Survey Monkey) and analytics software (eg Metabase, Tableau)
  • Working knowledge in SQL and CSS
