Assignments will vary in character across the functions and practice areas. However, here is a general job profile of activities you will be driving as a Fast Forward Intern.
1 Timely and precise service delivery of projects to internal and external clients.
2 Involvement in research design, fieldwork briefing, quantitative and/or qualitative analyses and deliverables.
3 Integrate multiple data sources using proprietary tools and software to answer business issues.
4 Assist business development activities such as proposal preparation and presentations on research offerings and services.
5 Provide research, administrative and operational support.
6 Give feedback and suggestions on ways to improve data gathering, day-to-day operations, client servicing and Nielsen programs.
7 Actively participate in functional and professional development classroom and on-the-job trainings.
8 Host learning sessions and cross-team shadowing exercises.
9 Work on real-life business cases that drive outcomes.
10 Undergo coaching and mentoring sessions with seasoned professionals, industry and practice experts.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS

- Online assessment centre and video interview.
- Business case presentation or face-to-face interview (applicable for select positions).

Human Resources
- Support the Talent Acquisition function in internal and external hiring efforts which include internship and ful-time staff recruiting, employer branding and campus engagement.
- Responsible for HR Operations duties such as generation of merit/promotion/transfer letters, as well as work/employment pass matters.
- Assist in ensuring the timely update of HR intranet and policies, and their alignment with government legislation.
- Responsible for providing general support to the HR team from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Inquisitive, analytical, and passionate about helping clients making faster, smarter, better decisions.
- Easily adaptable to different intercultural environments.
- Excellent command of English, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
