Next Level SG is an approved vendor/partner to Enterprise Singapore (ESG) to help retail companies through the Digital Marketing Programme. This programme is funded by ESG up to 90% and we are the only company that focuses on Live Stream Strategies as a core competence.
You will be joining a team of social media ninjas that will be serving clients that will vary from top-producing real estate agents to companies that are doing $40 million in revenue.
We are looking for someone to come into our team to manage ads for us and our clients.
We are looking to grow our ads department and so you naturally have a unique opportunity to come in at the growth phase. There will be lots of opportunities to be promoted or to be involved in great projects.
We do not mind if you are young or young at heart. We do not look at qualifications but we do look at your work ethic. You have to be willing to be as enthusiastic about social media as us. This is by no means the right place for someone to comfortably just cruise along.
Our company is fast-paced and growing rapidly. We have doubled our revenue every year so far. We are looking to do so again this year.
We are looking for people who are relaxed but care about their work. We are a fun-loving bunch and joke a whole lot. We are also people who get stuff done when required.

Job Description
Requirements:
- Have experience and understands the difference between performance marketing and brand marketing
- Have a good grasp of Marketing and Social Media especially Facebook & Instagram
- You have to be willing to work as a team player and pull your weight because we are a small team that really takes in pretty big projects for our size.
- Show us something in your cover letter that shows your attitude OUT of class
Roles:
- Plan and strategise ad campaign with our clients
- Communicate requirements to our creative team
- Handle the pressure of client expectations and deliver on ROAS
- Responsive through chats and email. Able to troubleshoot ads urgently if required. (Thankfully, that doesn't happen often.)
- Learn how to run effective ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube
- Work on new media advertising medium such as live video, stories etc
