Job Description
- Supply Chain: Liaise with various suppliers to purchase suitable products for the platform, catering to the demands and trends
- Operations: Inventory and order management, delivery drivers’ arrangement
- Customer Service: Handle all enquiries and liaise with various departments to ensure full customer satisfaction and resolution
- May be tasked to work on ad-hoc projects
