Job Description


First point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests
Provide IT support for all staff
Troubleshoot and resolve all network and PC issues
Install, maintain and upgrade systems
Responsible for resolving support requests as well as meeting internal customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands
Involvement of ongoing project planning and implementation

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma or equivalent
Background knowledge in IT support
Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and cope with pressure.
Possess excellent communication and soft skills.
Singaporean/Singapore PR preferred

Desired Characteristics:
Able to work independently.
Preferably with experience in IT support.
Able to work flexi hours (even after office hours when required).
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment which provide services over the phone, through e-mail, phone, in person
