Naval Group Far East Pte Ltd – Human Resource Intern

Within the Human Resources Department, you will play a key role in supporting the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing and updating existing HR policies and internal documents.
• Assist in recruitment activities such as publishing job adverts, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for HR and line managers.
• Maintain the HR database, generate analytical reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support in the training and development follow up, identify key learning needs and ensure proper internal records
• Support in internal HR and company’s communication materials to ensure timely sharing of information across the organisation.
• Provide support for new and/or existing HR projects as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Qualification in Human Resources or its equivalent is preferred
• Knowledge in local legislations in particular to employment act of Singapore
• Pleasant disposition with the ability to interact with all levels of employees
• Ability to multitask and handle various small projects within a timeframe
