Full-Time Spa Receptionist:

• Singaporean Full-Timers: Up to $2200/month ++ (Incentives Included)
• Malaysian Full-Timers: Up to S1600/month ++ (Incentives Included)

Job Scope:

The receptionist is to be responsible for answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking accurate messages, greeting customers, cashiering, giving tours of the spa facility, and scheduling appointments.

Other Information:

• Handle walk-ins and phone calls appointments
• Provide excellent customer service
• Miscellaneous administrative duties
• Cashiering duties and tallying of daily sales
• Assist in daily operations within the premises
• Ensure that premises are always clean and tidy

Full-Time Assistant Manager:

• Singaporean/PR/Malaysian Full Timers: Up to $2500/month ++ (Incentives Included)

Job Scope:
Manage supervisors and beauticians to ensure they perform their duties and meet their sales targets
Provide professional consultation and advise customers on beauty treatment
Introduce packages such as teeth whitening, slimming, hair removal, facial, etc, to customers depending on their requirement(s)
Maintain good after-sales relationships with customers, cater to customers’ queries or complaints
Keep abreast of the latest beauty trends and techniques

Other Information:

• Training provided / on-going training will be provided to ensure sales and product knowledge and skills are updated
• Basic Pay + Sales Commission and other individual and outlet performance-related incentives
  Permanent, full time

Full-Time Counter Staff:

• Singaporean/PR/ Malaysian Full-Timers: Up to $1700 - $2500/month ++ (Incentives Included)

Job Scope:
Counter attendants are often the first people customers interact with when they enter an establishment. They greet customers, answer questions about menu items, and ring up orders. They also often serve ready-made food and drink items, such as coffee, ice cream, and pastries.

Full-Time Account Assistant:

• Singaporean & PR Full-Timers: Up to $2000 - $2500/month ++

• Data entry for receipts, payment, and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliation of all bank accounts for companies
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register and ensure that the sub-ledger tie to the general ledger
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing
• GST preparation

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma In Accountancy or equivalent. In Accountancy or equivalent.
• Prefer with work experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to start in Sept 2020
• Able to work independently
