Job Description

Team Information

The team oversees Branding and Content for the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre

Projects

Assist with content creation for NVPC’s website, social media and email marketing channels. This involves skills in copywriting and storytelling. Supporting projects include simple design work, such as adapting key visuals for social media and email marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Creating a mixture of short- and long-form content for NVPC’s website, social media and email marketing channels. These include NVPC’s Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin & TikTok channels.
  • Work with the Branding & Content team to contribute to the content planning process
  • Where needed, liaise with newsmakers and external bodies to conduct interviews and produce content
  • Help with simple design work, such as adapting or resizing key visuals for social media and email marketing

Requirements

  • Familiar with the key social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Ideal if candidate is up-to-date with the latest social media trends
  • Have strong written and communication skills
  • A self-motivated individual
  • A reliable and a good team player
  • A keen eye for style and aesthetics
  • Basic proficiency in Illustrator or Photoshop
  • An interest in social causes and current affairs
