Team Information

As part of the drive to attain NVPC’svision of a City of Good, the Company of Good was established in 2016 to help companies give better. Companies engage with Company of Good to understand their giving profile, build their knowledge, capability and network, and partner with other like-minded businesses to do good.

This role will focus on supporting the Champions of Good, a national recognition framework for organisations that are exemplary and committed to multiplying their doing good efforts for greater impact. Champions of Good advocate contributing back to society collaboratively and sustainably, leveraging on their strengths, resources and networks to do good.

Project

The team will be required to engage with the conferred batch of Champions from the 2020 edition, while concurrently reviewing and preparing for the next edition in 2022. The team will require support to assist in the administrative and operational function of ensuring the administrative and logistical planning of ‘Champions of Good’ programme and next edition of applications are in order.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Primary support role for Champions of Good programme
  • Administrative duties in assistance to coordinate between Champions, NVPC and vendors (if any)
  • Follow up with Champions on engagement
  • Assisting in review of Champions edition in 2020 to improve for 2022
  • Ensuring smooth process of back end preparation work between vendors and NVPC
  • Supporting CoG Marketing for Champions of Good 2020 and other CoG Marketing initiatives
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time relating to programs under ‘Company of Good’.

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma Level
  • Keen interest in working with Non-Profit Organisations
  • Interest in Project or Event management / Programme design
  • Have some ‘Marketing Communications’ background / Interest in Marketing or Marketing Communications
  • Meticulous with own work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
  • Dynamic Team player
  • Outspoken
