Focus:
This role will support the business objectives of MullenLowe Singapore through the management of all core Finance operations processes and policies. The Finance intern will work with invoices, payment vouchers, and balance sheet accounts and assist the Accountants with other adhoc tasks. It is an opportunity to work with the Finance team, to understand end-to-end payable and journal entry functions and procedures and ultimately gain real life working experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist on data cleansing in legacy system (SAP):
- To close inactive Vendor and Client Master
- To review and close jobs that are completed
Assist on data enrichment and mapping of active record/data in SAP to be ready for upload into Vantage:
- Vendor and Client Master
- Open Jobs, Estimates and Purchase Orders
Adhoc daily operation:
- Input vendor (Trade & Intercompany) invoices in SAP
- Scan and Save the vendor invoice softcopy in shared drive
- Scan and Save the vendor invoice softcopy in shared drive
Skills & Experience:
- Proactive, Attention to Detail, Highly Organized, Meticulous, Smart data entry skills.
- Clear, logical thinker, organized, with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail in all tasks to ensure high quality of output
- Effective time management and focus on meeting reporting deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel skills (ie: pivot tables, v-lookups, other key formulas)
Education:
- Undergraduate in Finance/Accounting/Statistics Management or related field advantageous.
