Mopan Pte Ltd – Product Development Intern

This role is primarily assist our product manager for the plan, develop and launch our new product.

As a New Product Development Intern, you will be involved in new product development for our expanding B to C products portfolio. You will apply a rigorous and analytical approach to sourcing clients for new products, and helping to build the right relationships. You will help to understand the needs of our clients & end customers and translate that into the right product setup.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with Product Manager by using market research data, competitor analysis and gathering user research data from users to understand customer behaviour.
• Effective documentation of user research, product feature requirements, new process flow and market insights for future reference.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders from Product, Legal, Engineering, Design, Data to bring ideas to life.
• Work with PM to create product solutions for external end-users; initiate, analyse, propose and launch
• Gather insights on product adoption/improvements, track KPIs, identify key metrics and propose future iterations.
• Determine prioritization for product features.
• Help deliver product solutions with high business impact, working closely with legal experts, designers and engineers throughout the development process.
• Any other ad-hoc product related matter assign by PM or management
