Job Description

Job Summary and Mission

This describes the job of Cybersecurity Sales Asst Manager for Momentum Z PTE LTD in Singapore. This position is mainly responsible for selling the Momentum Z products and services portfolio to new customers to generate new sales revenue.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Acquire new sales accounts
  • Qualify opportunities to determine scope and develop proposal solutions
  • Identify prospect security and technical requirements
  • Successfully demonstrate our solutions
  • Work with internal team to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customer with our pre-sales engineers
  • Provide implementation team with documentation for successful onboarding of clients
  • Participate in all scheduled sales team meetings/conference calls
  • Travel, as needed, to industry events, prospect and partner sites
  • Handling technical presentations at trade shows and conferences and proactively communicating with prospects and customers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Sales pipeline plan that is reviewed weekly

EXPERIENCE

  • Sales, Marketing, Customer services, Call Center or Tele Sales experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of IT knowledge
  • Experience in Cybersecurity Sales is an advantage
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS
  • Fluent English (speech and writing)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent in Microsoft Words and PowerPoint skill
  • Customer oriented and ability to drive the results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Up to date with current information technology and trends

Summary of Education

  • Diploma or above

  • Meeting Sales revenue Target
  • Weekly Sales Pipeline update
  • Number of new customers developed
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Offers prepared and sent within customer expectation (defined period or 3 working days for standard services)
