MOGUL.sg has over 6,000 registered housing agents using the portal and has facilitated over $50 million of real estate transactions on its website since its launch. It is also the first property portal in Singapore to launch a full vector-based 3D map of Singapore, counting Guocoland, Victory Land, Amara Holdings, PropertyLimBrothers and OrangeTee amongst its portfolio of clients adopting the 3D map to improve their sales productivity.
Job scope:
As a videographer, you will produce, edit quality video ads or content that is needed by marketing. You will also need to be able to take photos when needed.
Pre-production: Storyboarding
Videography- Produce ,direct and operate equipment. Might need to work with a drone.
Editing – To be able to edit videos with relevant softwares. Editing includes colour grading, colour correction, sound, assembling etc.
Photography- to take photos when needed. E.g image inserts for videos, images for ads.
Motion graphics for titles and simple animation.
Simple animation for vector art if necessary. (Subjected to concept)
Provide creative inputs
Perform any other adhoc assignments as and when assigned.
Requirements:
Possess Diploma in related field
Portfolio required
Strong foundation and understanding of camera functions and settings
Good technical and photographic skills
Good eye for aesthetics, composition, and layout.
Premier Pro/ Adobe After Effects/ Photoshop/ Lightroom/ other softwares
Able to operate drones is a bonus
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Team player with good communication skills
Working experience in real estate would be an advantage
