  • Answer customer enquiries via Shopee/Lazada messenger 
  • Ensure a high chat response rate
  • Respond to Shopee/Lazada Ratings and Reviews
  • Create Chat Broadcasts and assist with managing marketing campaigns 
  • Assist to update listings on all marketplaces
  • Ensure all customer service issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Record customer service tickets and identify the SKUs that are prone to have shipping damages
