Job Description

HR and Marketing Assistant – 3 months Contract ($800 – $1,500) 

  • Assist in benefits and compensation project and annual enrolment eg. Insurance etc
  • Assist in recruiting Talents including managing job boards, screening applicants, interviewing & conducting job offers
  • Assist in new HR leave & payroll software manual drafting
  • Assist in HR Policies Annual Review & staff handbook
  • Drafting change announcement and communication to employees
  • Collate and analyze of data and information for set up new quotation entry with excel for operation
  • Generate creative content and copywriting for corporate social media page & advertisement
  • Provide general administrative support, initiate and execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Min Diploma in any discipline
  • Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Excel) pivot table, vlookup etc
  • Creative & excited to drive HR Marketing initiatives and good working attitude
  • At least some working experience in the related field
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and manage stakeholders
  • Passion to contribute and positively impact the organisation and great team player
  • Immediate position or available to start within two week
  • Singaporeans only
  • Contract duration: 3 months or extendable (can be discussed)
