Minto Studios is expanding and seeking interns to assist our team in meeting the growing demand for professional photography. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of media production projects, shaping how our clients' stories are visually told across different media platforms, including social media. Working closely with seasoned photographers in genres such as Portrait, Lifestyle, Product, Food, Space, and Events, you'll immerse yourself in a dynamic team environment. This internship offers recent graduates a chance to jumpstart their photography careers, providing hands-on experience and potential pathways for growth within our studio, fostering personal and professional development in the field of media production.
Photography Assistant Intern (Can Convert to Full Time)
Responsibilities:
Setting up and adjusting lighting equipment.
Assisting with camera and equipment preparation.
Handling props and accessories during shoots.
Managing and organising photography gear.
Assisting with photo editing, re-touching, and post-production tasks.
Communicating with clients and addressing their needs during shoots.
Providing general support to the lead photographer during shoots.
Contributing creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the quality of photographs.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in photography, visual arts will be an added advantage but not mandatory
Strong understanding of photography techniques and equipment
Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Capture 1, and Lightroom will be preferred
Good organisational and time management skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Passion for photography and a desire to pursue a career in the industry
Must be Singapore PR / Citizen
