Specialist in AEROSPACE / DEFENCE Equipment & Wire Harness Fabrication 

TASKS

• Perform core manufacturing activities to produce IPC/WHMA-620 class 2 & 3 compliant wire Harness for lands systems and aerospace platform
• Assist R&D & Operation team on all its related activities.
• Perform product testing, evaluation, electronics board repair, troubleshooting, prototype building and manufacturing of (PCBA/Wire Harness), and conduct failure testing with engineers and customers.
• Operate electronics laboratory test equipment and bench machinery.
• Support engineer in new product build, fabrication, field testing, installation and commissioning whenever needed.
• Ensure 5S policy is enforced for working areas
• Manage workshop tools and equipment for yearly calibration
• Ensure quality workmanships accordance to IPC and/or approved standards,
• Produce accurate quality control records

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENT

• Able to understand electrical / electronic schematics, layout, mechanical drawings are essential
• A fast worker and able to work in a team
• Prior trained in IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610 and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards would be advantageous 
• Good eyesight, soldering and hands-on skills are essential
• Able to communicate well (spoken & written) is essential
• Able to work overtime to support National programmes is important
• Fresh graduate with strong hands-on ability are welcome to apply
