Job Description

Your Role

Mighty Jaxx is looking for multiple creative interns throughout the upcoming months to assist our Creative Team with graphic design, motion design and art direction. You will be involved in the development of creative concepts, execution work and working with the team to ensure that the concepts align with the overall vision for projects.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the relevant team to develop and refine creative concepts

  • Creating visual material for advertisements, social media channels, videos, and other marketing material

  • Assisting in the production of creative materials such as videos, photos, static and motion graphics

  • Assisting in the development of creative briefs and other project documentation

  • Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas

  • Researching and staying informed of industry trends and best practices

  • Participating in meetings and presentations to present and discuss concepts with the team and clients

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Art or Design related program, in an institute of higher learning

  • Ability to commit to a part time (minimum 2 days a week) or full time internship

  • Proficiency in Adobe CC software; especially Illustrator & Photoshop

  • Proficiency in motion graphics software would be a bonus

  • Strong understanding of design principles and typography

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
