We have a fleet of vehicles ranging from trucks to vans that provide delivery and collection services. All these processes are linked to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which tracks the orders and inventories (e.g. monitoring of Goods Received Notes (GRN) for collection and delivery). They are also integrated with our finance and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which help to provide a holistic view of the whole supply chain management process.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative support, access warehouse management systems (WMS) and/or any other in-house developed system.

Communicate daily with suppliers and vendors

Track and coordinate shipping/receiving

Liaising with internal/external engineers on cases

Involved in purchasing of spare parts on a weekly/monthly basis

Doing weekly inventory checks

Ensuring proper documentation filling (Eg; DO, PO)

Handling of warehouse documentation for order fulfilment and deliveries

Maintain good housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of working environment

Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

 

Job Requirement

Able to multitask

At least 1 year of relevant working experience

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, Outlook

Team player

Have ownership and integrity
