We are looking for 1 intern for the following position:
Intern – Finance (Consolidation & Reporting)
The role reports directly to Group Finance Manager – Consolidation & Reporting in the following duties:
Assists in month-end, and annual consolidation of the Group, detail as per follow:
1. Assist in preparing/posting monthly consolidated adjustment entries
2. Assist in preparing and posting of GL journals entries, prepare monthly account schedules and prepare bank reconciliation for the assigned holding companies
3. Assist in reconciling monthly inter-companies balances and transactions for the group
4. Assist in monthly documentations of group journals
5. Assist in preparing monthly management reports and preparing annual audited financial statements
Key Learning Objectives:
1. Demonstrate effective skills in written and oral communication, and in teamwork
2. Exposure to practical accounting knowledge in a functioning finance team.
Internship Period:
- Summer Internship (May 2020)
Requirements:
Year 2 or 3 students from Accounting or Finance Faculty
