Test Engineer [Contract]
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with existing project team which focuses on delivering software using Agile principles, automated CI/CD pipelines and achieving bi-weekly releases
- Meeting with Product Owners and System Users to understand the scope of project requirements
- Participate in design/implementation review from a QA perspective
- Drafting of test plan and test procedures
- Perform functional testing, performance testing & stress testing
- Present findings to software engineering team and Product Owners
- Track defect, resolution, retesting, escalation, and closure through the usage of collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. 2 years experience
- Singaporeans and PR only
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Infocomm Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems
- Hands-on experience with QA activities, processes, methods and test automation tools (e.g. JUnit, Selenium, Robot, Appium, etc)
- Competent in writing test scripts, running manual and automated tests
- Understanding of Cloud computing, microservice, Java, JavaScript, ReactJs, SQL, Spring Boot, DevOps and Web development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently while maintaining close communication with rest of project team
