Description:
MGG Software is currently looking for a Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our fast-growing software development team.
Our projects span enterprise business solutions, national-level digital payments systems and consumer technology.
Our clients include large local enterprises, local industry bodies and a national-level financial institution overseas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management and delivery based on the agile methodology.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the timely delivery of all projects, ensuring they remain within the scope and within budget
- Drive project development and delivery through Agile scrum processes
- Prepare and review project documentation, such scope of work, project schedule, progress report, project risk analysis and mitigation report and change notices
- Engagement with clients and all project stakeholders to establish clear understanding of requirements and technical feasibility
- Organise and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to faciliate flawless execution of projects
- Monitor project performance with the help of appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Analyze and manage risks in order to minimize the negative effect on a project
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs with the help of appropriate verification techniques
- Allocate resource and ensure their availability
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry
- Experience in agile project management practices is a must
- Have completed at least 1 project development life cycle using the agile methodology
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related field
- Strong communication skills, spoken and written, and experience in client communication management
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable and enterprising personality, with willingness to pick new knowledge and take calculated risks.
- Significant experience in mobile app, software development and web technologies
