General Summary
Based in the mall and as a key member in a multi-functional team, you will be responsible for the mall tenant’s fitting out, mall building’s general maintenance, housekeeping and pest control by managing both in-house housekeeping team and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for fitting-out / reinstatement works for tenant units and ensure compliance with in-house guidelines and policies. You will be the main liaison person for tenants and vendors/contractors to coordinate, review and seek approval for fit-out/reinstatement work plans.
You will also be in charge of the day-to-day housekeeping operations. You will be managing and supervising a team of housekeeping staff, as well as managing external vendors to ensure the overall cleanliness and general maintenance of the mall buildings. At the same time, you will be responsible for overseeing service agreements/contracts relating to housekeeping, landscape maintenance and pest control. Additionally, you will play a part in the operations team in identifying building defects and follow up on the repair works with internal staff and/or external vendor.
Qualifications
The successful candidate is passionate about facilities management and is able to interact with various stakeholders. A team player who is dynamic, proactive, result oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills, able to work independently and perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
The candidate possesses at least a Diploma in Real Estate Management, Building/Facilities Management or related disciplines. He or she would have at least three years’ experience in building or facilities management.
