Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Execute order processing and order fulfilment tasks.
  • Arrange delivery for orders.
  • Involved in stock-taking, and some administrative matters.
  • Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries and resolving their complaints.
  • Update and maintain customers’ records and contact database.
  • Gather customer feedback and identify risks with different approaches of business process change.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Work to deliver customer satisfaction and to provide professional customer support.
  • Support internal and external parties in accounts related matters.
  • Support Managing Director on ad-hoc work (including specific sales activities).

 

Requirements

  • Tertiary education.
  • Experience in the optical industry is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service and documentation preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Professional, positive and people-centric.
  • Trustworthy and mature.
  • Good customer service.
  • Focused on quality, accuracy and consistency.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Able to function under stress.
  • Able to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Receptive to change.
