Menicon Singapore Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Menicon Co. Ltd in Japan, and was established on 1st June 2007. Menicon Singapore Pte Ltd is Menicon’s first contact lens manufacturing facility outside Japan. It produces daily disposable contact lenses, and is also the base for developing technologies and products with advanced, value-added features.
Menicon's goal is to deliver safe contact lenses worldwide, placing the highest priority on the eye health of our customers.Menicon is the only manufacturer in the world that is dedicated to all areas of contact lenses-related business including material development, lens designing and manufacturing of contact lenses and care solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in development and maintenance of intranet web pages and e-Systems of the company.
- Assist in development and maintenance of applications for the business operations.
- Involved in user requirement study, system design, system development and user acceptance test for in-house application development life cycle.
- Involved in user requirement study, application customization and user acceptance test for off-the-shelf software implementation.
- Provide application support and diagnostics.
- Research & explore new technologies.
- Assist in / conduct training to co-workers and end users.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentations.
- Assist in coordinating with software vendors / suppliers to ensure the delivery lead time and verify the quality of work.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Minimum Job Requirements
a) Education & Training
- Studying in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent.
- Interest in Microsoft Visual Studio C#, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ASP.NET.
- Interest in Microsoft SQL query and MySQL query.
- Interest in full stack web development.
b) Experience / Requirements
- Strong passion in the whole software development stages & exploring new technologies.
- Team player, patient, cheerful attitude, ability to manage user expectation, think positively and good communication skill (verbal and written).
- Able to work independently with good analytical skill and able to multi-task.
