Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in basic responsive design, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, HTML5, CSS3 media queries
  • Basic server administration including website installation, migration, troubleshooting, email configuration
  • Knowledge of project management software such as Monday, Ansana, Basecamp, Slack, Trello
  • A solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings
  • An ability to anticipate issues, identify future choke points, and work ahead to time to alleviate potential issues

 

ADDITIONAL TRAITS:

  • Experience in digital marketing
  • A solid understanding of web design standards and usability
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organisational, prioritisation, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written presentation and phone skills

 

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Project manage digital media and website campaigns/issues
  • Coordinate with clients, account management, technical development/integration and creative teams to ensure efficacy and quality of work
  • Scope work for assigned campaigns
  • Manage technical team to deliver these tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Website audits 
    • Website optimisation and fixes
    • Installation of tagging for website analytics and reporting
    • Usability testing
  • Use and improve online systems to manage campaigns
